Founder
Adi Rahman Adiwoso
Chief Executive Officer
Born in 1953, He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, USA (1974) and a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, USA (1976).
He has served as President Director of PSN since 1991. Previously, he served as Director of PT Satelindo (1993-1995), Director of Asia Pacific Satellite Corporation (1985-1991), Director of PT Rajasa Hasanah Perkasa (1987-1989), and founder of PT Rasikomp Nusantara (1982-1987).
He also served as Chairman of the Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (1999-2008).
Received the “Satyalancana Pembangunan” medal from the President of the Republic of Indonesia in September 2016. Also awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Asia Pacific Satellite Communications Council (APSCC) in October 2018.
David Fernando Audy

Born in 1979, he is a prominent Indonesian executive with extensive experience in media, technology, and investment. He received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Information Systems and Master of Commerce in Professional Accounting from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
His career includes significant leadership roles at MNC Group, where he was President Director & CEO of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk and Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk, and notably founded Okezone.com. He also served as CEO of WeChat Indonesia and held a directorial position at Rakuten Indonesia. Post-MNC, he joined East Ventures as an Operating Partner in 2021, focusing on value creation for portfolio companies. Since 2021, he has been an Independent Commissioner at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk and, as of May 2023, chairs the Audit Committee at MPC (PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk). In early 2024, he expanded his diverse portfolio by joining Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food as a director.
Aryo Djojohadikusumo

Born in 1983, he pursued his higher education in the United Kingdom, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from King’s College London.
He served as a Member of Parliament (DPR RI) for the 2014-2019 term, representing West Java III, and was active in Commission VII, overseeing key sectors like energy and environment. Beyond politics, Aryo is involved in various business ventures, often aligning with his family’s interests in strategic industries.
